Product Introduction

There are two types of compressed air desiccants commonly used: refrigerated compressed air dryers and adsorption dryers. The cold dryer has the advantages of no gas loss and low energy consumption, but has the limitation of dew point temperature. The adsorption dryer has the advantage of low dew point, but has the disadvantages of large regeneration gas loss and high energy consumption. The low dew point combined compressed air dryer developed by Kaishan Company combines the advantages of cold dryer and adsorption dryer, and maximizes the advantages of both through reasonable pipeline connection and capacity matching, so as to achieve the best economic operation point and high-quality low dew point finished gas.

Features

Integrated design, compact and reasonable structure, good drying effect, high quality of finished products, the service life of the desiccant is more than three times longer than that of using a single adsorption dryer. Microcomputer program control, adjustable timing.

How it works

The high-temperature and high-humidity compressed air from the compressor first exchanges heat with the dried low-temperature compressed air in the heat exchanger to reduce the temperature, and then enters the evaporator to be further cooled to about 2°C. At this pressure dew point, most of the gaseous water has become liquid water and is extracted. After that, the compressed air with very low humidity enters the adsorption cylinder to be further dried and dehumidified to obtain finished gas with a lower dew point. Finally, the low-temperature dry compressed air enters the heat exchanger to cool the high-temperature and high-humidity air. At the same time, the temperature of the air itself is also increased to prevent condensation on the outside of the sub-transmission pipeline. A small part of the heated compressed air is used for adsorbent regeneration to improve regeneration efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
