High-quality components

Optimized cooling system

The cooling system is designed based on an ambient temperature of 46°C. The screw compressor special coolant is used to provide good lubrication and cooling services for the compressor, with a designed service life of 8,000 hours.

The fan blades of the cooling fan are optimized to reduce noise while maintaining efficiency. The reasonable smooth design inside the chassis provides good cooling for the electrical and motor parts and maintains a suitable temperature inside the chassis.

The upper exhaust design makes it easy for users to install the exhaust duct. The 75~250kW air-cooled unit uses a variable frequency centrifugal fan, which is quieter and more energy-saving.

High-precision filtration and oil separation system

Professionally customized high-precision heavy-duty nano-material air filter, with a filtration accuracy of 99.9%@3μm, effectively protects the host and bearings. The lubricating oil filter has an accuracy of 99.9%@10μm, providing clean lubricating oil for the compressor host.

High-efficiency oil separation system, tangential air intake, built-in baffle, under the action of centrifugal force, gravity, and impact, most of the oil droplets have been separated, and after the polymerization filtration of the oil separation core, the exhaust oil content is less than 3ppm.

Coolant sampling valve

The unit is designed with a sampling valve to facilitate users to collect oil samples for quality testing.
