The Kaishan North American R&D Center in Seattle has brought together several of the world's top compressor design experts. The high-efficiency impellers and diffusers designed by Dr. Tang Yan and Dr. Joost J. Brasz, combined with the advanced and smooth overall system design, have made the overall efficiency of KAITEC centrifugal compressor products reach the international leading level. The sturdy host design has greatly increased its service life, and its reliability has also reached the international leading level.

High standard manufacturing

Relying on strong R&D and excellent processing and manufacturing capabilities, we use the world's most advanced German imported HERMLE five-axis CNC machining center, Japanese Mitsui machining center, German imported three-coordinate measuring instrument, super-rotation test machine, dynamic balancing test machine and other equipment to ensure the excellent quality of centrifuge products. The procurement and inspection of raw materials and components, installation and commissioning of the whole machine are strictly carried out in accordance with ISO9001 procedures, pursuing zero defects in products. Design requirements are guaranteed through precision processing, and core components are made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant high-strength stainless steel materials. The use of the most advanced processing and testing equipment ensures that every produced component has the highest efficiency and reliability.

Customized impeller and diffuser design to maximize aerodynamic efficiency

The operating efficiency of the centrifuge is greatly affected by the environment, and there will be deviations between the design working conditions and the actual operating conditions. The centrifuge compression components designed by the model batch cannot match the design point with the actual working point of each user, resulting in energy consumption waste caused by the user's inability to obtain the best efficiency in actual use. Kaitek centrifuge can customize the compression components for users based on the site temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity and cooling water temperature of each user, combined with the compressed air flow and pressure actually required by the production process, so that the design working conditions completely match the site conditions. This design and manufacturing method greatly improves the actual efficiency of the centrifuge operation and saves energy consumption. Many cases have been successfully applied to contract energy management.

Advanced control system

Chinese operation interface, friendly PLC control and humanized LCD touch screen provide more intuitive panel display, easy operation and real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, vibration and other parameters inside the unit.

■Automatic alarm and interlocking shutdown protection ensure compressor safety.

■Modbus standard communication method, easy remote communication with the host computer system.

■Multi-machine interlocking control system (option) can be provided to achieve centralized control of multiple compressors.

Constant pressure, automatic dual control

The centrifugal compressor adopts standard constant pressure control mode to keep the user system at a stable pressure point, preventing the unit from causing pressure fluctuations as the system gas demand changes.

Automatic dual control allows users to save energy and electricity to the maximum extent when using gas intermittently.

Anti-surge control

The controller monitors the fluctuation of the compressor pressure. If the frequency and amplitude of the fluctuation exceed the preset value, the compressor will alarm and automatically protect. This method is more direct and responsive to surge.

Changes in external temperature and other conditions will cause changes in the surge characteristics of the compressor. The surge line drift automatic compensation technology can automatically compensate for changes in the surge characteristics of the compressor. Therefore, the maximum possible compressor operation adjustment range can be provided according to the actual operating conditions, saving users a lot of power consumption.
