The Czech centrifugal ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen compressor is used to achieve true cooling, with the ultimate condensation temperature reaching -62℃.

Centrifugal ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen compressors are more energy-efficient than traditional cryogenic compressors. Under the same temperature conditions, they save 18%-25% of energy compared to traditional cryogenic compressors, and their cooling capacity is more than 30% higher than that of traditional cryogenic compressors under the same power conditions.

Yongsheng vacuum cryogenic processors are specially used in the chemical industry. They are used to liquefy or solidify non-condensable gases (gases) at room temperature or slightly low temperature in the medium gas (vapor). By deep-cold liquefaction to remove the acidic gas (vapor) in the medium, the corrosion of the acidic medium on the pump unit is greatly reduced, the service life of the pump unit is extended and the operation stability is increased. All condensate processors have an automatic sewage discharge function without stopping (condensate can be recovered).

Highly efficient heat

Yongsheng vacuum shallow cooling processors and vacuum deep cooling processors all use the exclusively developed high-efficiency tube-type and tube-wound heating cores with an effective heating rate of 90%-95%.

Acid and corrosion resistant

All the internal heat exchangers of cryogenic processors are made of stainless steel (2205 steel, 304 steel, 316L steel is determined by the HP value to determine the heat exchanger material). The equipment runs more stably and has a longer service life. Alloy anti-corrosion heat exchangers can be customized according to working conditions.
